My partner was talking with family in UK about Prince Philip's history. The Queen was besotted with him.

I believe the whole of the British Empire - old and new, including the anti-monarchist United States - shares in the grief and sorrow of Queen Elizabeth II, and the rest of the British Royal Family.
May he rest in peace, and may the Royal Family find solace in the fact that he is no longer in physical pain.
