2 - A defendant who swears under oath
3 - A judge who swears an oath
4 - A Claim of an injuryThe injury is against the People's right to a free and fair election. That's one of the People's checks and balances. It's a very serious injury and the idea that they're claiming it's not is treason, because it's self-evident. I'm ready to secede. Sign me up right now. I will not be subject to this bullshit fraud. The SCOTUS does have all four legs required to meet "standing," and several of the justices need to go back to justice school because they're either ignorant of the law or lying. They do in fact have standing, very clearly. The American People have stated very clearly that this is unacceptable.
