Some users have been reporting they are unable to download torrents due to a "usage violation".

This is related to browser extensions that act as a download manager, such as video downloaders. In order to get around this, you need to disable these add-ons, then refresh the page and your download should work.
The only difference between martyrdom and suicide is press coverage!
