Help: Can't send messages

For some reason, I can't send or reply to any messages. When I click send, I just get an error that says "We are sorry but… you are not allowed to send messages" Is there a reason I can't send them, I wasn't aware it was possible to get messaging rights taken (I haven't done anything though)? Please help.

Just responded. Seems like I can talk to you, but I still can't send/reply to any other user so far.
