Assuming the figure of 200k is right, that's 2.86%.
Now factor in how many were caused by Governors who put sick people into nursing homes, where the virus spread like crazy.

In the UK, there was a lot of false reporting of covid deaths. This included a guy who died of cancer but the coroner scratched out cancer as the cause of death and put covid.
Anyone who ever tested positive for covid and later died, regardless of cause, was listed as dying from covid. A woman who had covid and recovered ages ago was killed when she was hit by a bus. The coroner listed her death as caused by covid.
UK covid death figures were significantly cut when these practices were ended and the figures were revised.
