STD again
-
Hello everyone, just very recently I discovered I have pus filled cyst and burning urinations and these are the symptoms I had when I tested positive for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia last month and now I'm scared and very upset that I may have it yet again when I was so incredibly careful this time around. I tried looking up other causes related to those symptoms but in the end it seems to come back to both gonorrhea and chlamydia, I hate that I am in this predicament again, has anybody else gone through this kind of situation before?

Good news: these can be cured, if you immediately go to doctor.
Bad news: if you don't have constant partner, actually, there's not much bad news. Just go to doctor, ASAP.As to having it AGAIN: have you tried using condoms?
-
You certainly should be concerned. Your sexual partners need to be treated effectively or they can reinfect you. The sexual partners of your sexual partners, etc., need to be treated, too.
It is also possible that your STDs weren't fully treated and eliminated the first time around. You might have antibiotic-resistant gonorrhea, for instance, that the usual injection didn't cure.
Some STDs such as herpes, HIV, hepatitis, HPV, etc. can't ever simply be treated with a course of antibiotics. Some are forever.
Some STDs put you at higher risk of getting other STDs. Presumably you were tested for HIV and other STDs at the same time? Pap smear for HPV, for instance?
Definitely start using condoms all of the time without fail (including for oral sex) but understand that they are not 100% effective. You should also consider PrEP, but don't treat it as a pass to engage in risky activities because it's not 100% effective and of course only helps prevent HIV.
Good luck and let us know what you find out.

Okay, good to hear that you followed up and hopefully the pills will do the trick. Make sure anyone you have had sex with is treated and they need to tell their partners, too. Good luck!

I'm also really worried and upset because I have been doing some research of my own and I found that is something called super gonorrhea and that is it is becoming very resistant to a lot of antibiotics and will most likely keep coming back, I think just keep cutting off sex forever since I hate wearing condoms due to how uncomfortable they feel on me

You could try different condoms and including larger sizes if your penis is larger than average. They even make condoms with larger ends for men with a large glans.
Another trick is to use water-based lubricant inside a non-lubricated condom. Normally the condom moves with the penis, but it might work better for you if the condom stays in place inside the rectum while the penis moves inside it.
It took me a long time to get used to condoms but now when that condom goes on, I get excited because my brain knows what is next.

I've thought about it a lot and I have decided to have a nice long sex break to really clear my mind and wait until I feel more confident to have sex again

It certainly is understandable that you need a break after this.

Considering how my college years were filled with getting fucked by guys almost every single day, some of them bareback, I'm surprised that I've never once got an STD of any kind. That's especially since I got raped by one guy who thankfully failed to get his way with me after I fought him off. This was all in the span of the past ten years.
I would say that you should use your experiences to reflect on how to better your sexual health. For me, my college whore years helped me to realize what kind of sex I prefer and, when I feel like app surfing for guys on the rare occasion, how to vet guys through conversation. I consider myself lucky to have found a good friend who's also my fuck buddy who shares in my sexual interests; it wouldn't have happened had I not had my college whore years.
That said, I wouldn't go trying to cut sex out of your life. Tried it before in college; my want to be fucked came back with a mean vengeance and got kinda out of control. I've been cut off from sex because of this pandemic; I only met up with my fuck bud once in the past month when we usually meet more than that.
Also, I get how you feel about condoms. Even though I'm a bottom mainly, I don't like how they feel along my hole. That's especially when the lube dries and the rubber kinda makes a slight burning sensation from the friction. To get around that, I highly suggest having a fuck bud that you trust to go bareback with. That's what I have with my fuck bud; even though we mess with other guys, we're always open with each other and careful of who we fuck with.
Hopefully, what I've said and my experiences have helped you in some fashion.

Thanks and that is something I have thought of as well

That's very dangerous, not safe at all. You can have unprotected sex hundreds or thousands of times and never get HIV if you are very lucky but you can also have unprotected sex once and get it.
You can get HIV while using condoms as they are not perfect protection but they certainly decrease the risk significantly.
If you are going to have unprotected sex regardless, at least use PrEP, but just like condoms, PrEP doesn't provide perfect protection even when taken exactly as prescribed without fail, which is not always the case.

True; I just meant in reference to me and my fuck bud. I forgot to mention that he is an EMT and has a lot to lose if he gets an STD. He's always tested every two weeks as per protocol and on PReP for both work and personal reasons. I am also on PReP; we both agree to only bareback each other to lower the risk. We understand the risk and trust each other with regards to that.
Of course, I wasn't trying to say finding a fuck bud to bareback with is for everyone. Just the term bareback would be an easy turn-off because of the risk it entails. It honestly turns me off if in context outside of my fuckbud. Otherwise, I always use condoms because I'd rather a wrapped stranger in me than have his juices swim in me.
Though I do thank you for posting that site about PReP and basic HIV info. There are some on here who don't know all the basics of STDs and prevention methods.

try drinking alka seltzer or 1 teaspoon of baking soda in warm water for 1 week. it's really good in clearing up UTI's. but dont forget to visit your doctor. he will prescribe you antibiotics- follow the instruction to the letter- then return for another check up cause it may not resolve the problem yet. go back until the problem is resolved. also, do not engage in any form of penetration without a condom (you or him) as you are prone to getting infection.

No, LOL.
Your stomach is so acidic that it quickly neutralizes either one of those and eating alkaline foods has no effect on any kind of infection, anyway, including UTIs.

Yes.
