Trying to upload torrents to improve ratio but having issues

So after I upload the file, before it will be visible/available for others, I must download the torrent and begin seeding. Right? I did that. Now the torrent should begin seeding and others should also be able to download it. Except the status reads "finding peers 0.0%" and never progresses from this stage.
It might be important that I note, in the "tracker status" column next to the torrent it says "your download rights got taken. read the rules.. yada yada"… Being new to this, I made the mistake of not managing my ratio from the start and now I have lost my download rights. SO does this mean I am unable to complete the step where I am supposed to download my torrent so that it can be visible on the site?
I know this will all become more clear with a little help, and I thank anyone who can offer me some in advance

You can upload torrents and seed even if your download privileges are suspended.
What is the status of the torrent on the torrent page here on gaytorrent.ru? Does it show 1 seeder?

This is a sign that you did not point your torrent client to the contents of the torrent. To fix this, remove the torrent from your torrent client, then copy the contents of the torrent to the folder where your torrent client downloads to by default, THEN add the torrent to your torrent client.

For now since your download rights was taken, pick a bunch of freeleech (depends on how many are allowed @ your status)

since this will not affect your ratio from downloading but you will earn credit from seeding…
Pick those torrent that has a large amount of gb with less seeder and more leechers
ex: 2/50 and run your client until seeding slows and stop your torrent
and find another that has the same example as I mentioned above.
Make sure you had enough space from your hard drive or external drive...
And if you don't like the freeleech that you had downloaded, and when seeder is no longer active,
simply delete the torrent and data to remove the content occupying space from your hard drive...
It takes time you can download, before reaching your current minimum Ratio...
Also others might also help by suggesting another opinion...
