Another torrent site blocked

Demonoid.com has been raided for nearly a week again. Since October 2006, there have been three crashes due to legal actions. Are we safe here?

NO YOUR NOT SAFE, every site that offers free download of material thats licenced,you are braking the law. If your in the UK I'd watch it as they are stepping up raids in the next few days and this time they are tracing I.P numbers, of which I may add gaytorrents.ru doesnt let you block. So im afraid i'd be very carefull.

AMEN TO THAT!!! Demonoid was unfortunate for the torrent world, but I believe the internet is a veritable pandora's box that just wouldn't be closed. I am grateful that there are sites like these for people like me who live in a country where movies like these are not exactly available (not to mention – legal). Gaytorrent is not just about porn, it's about the gay lifestyle - music, television, gay themed films, and the like. It's a place for us to build a community and create friendships. And sharing one's posessions with friends, well, IYAM, there's nothing wrong with that!

It seems that Demonoid might be coming back on line.
Their tracker is back up and running, but no word if it's Demonoid or who exactly is in control of it.
