How long does it take to delete infected torrents?

We've had a wave of infected torrents in the Anime Games section and the great majority are still up. https://www.gaytorrent.ru/details.php?id=d44c9a1ca63b0e0a23a06f742add0523f91aba604932c1ab&hit=1 There are posts like these with multiple comments showing it's infected but no action by the mods, I have reported it twice already and went on the IRC. It's pretty easy to spot these infected files as they have cracks when the engine, Ren'Py, doesn't need games to be cracked to play.
The person uploading keeps taking previously uploaded versions of games and reuploading it with a few files added/missing.
