        for fat loss you have to burn 3500 calorie for 1 LBS weight

          Yes, per week.

          Deficit of 500 calories per day (times) 7 days a week (equals) 3500 weekly calorie deficit.

          It'll be equal to losing one pound of body weight (might be any combination of water, muscle, and fat).
