I did keto. More for muscle tone than weight loss. What Qs do you have? Some weird and scary stuff happens on keto and you need to be prepared to deal with it. I very much doubt I'd do it again.
You definitely need to make sure you have the day off after starting keto because on Day 2, no point trying to be polite about it, my stomach flipped without any warning at all and my arse opened up. Luckily I was very near a toilet. I was in there for about an hour. That could have been more than a little traumatising.

My housemate did a keto diet, but also walked for several miles a day. He lost 41 pounds over this summer.
