NYT has just hired Sarah Jeong and they stand by their decision. They knew about the tweets.
      https://www.nytimes.com/2018/08/02/business/media/sarah-jeong-new-york-times.html

      Here are the tweets:

      And I love this part:

Ms. Jeong also received support from people who said her tweets had been taken out of context and questioned the motives behind those who had resurfaced them.

ROFL!! When the far-left moral busybodies demand that someone should be fired over old tweets, that's ok. But when the situation is reversed, they don't have to abide by their own standards!

By the way, I don't want her to be fired, I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy here. If a white person had said anything remotely close about <insert minority="" group="">, there would be mass outrage and people would be burning the NYT building down!!!
I want the NYT to hire more people like her so when their circulation goes down, I'll be here enjoying the show.</insert>

Tim Pool has been covering this.

The NYT recently fired another person for their loose association with a "white supremacist",  not for being a white supremacist herself.

I posted about the NYT's "fact checker" who has a habit of posting lies on her social media.  She labeled a disabled vet as a nazi because she claimed he had an Iron Cross on his elbow.  It's a Navy Cross, which he received.
