Is there a searching torrent guide here?
If I want to search for "gay" and "home" for example, how I would do it so that only search results with "gay" and "home" in the filename show up?

There's not any ability, with the current search engine, to search with combined items, as you described.
You'd need to search (with just filename ticked) "home" (without the quotes) and see the results, then try "gay", in a separate search, AFAIK.
