Repeal the Second Amendment!

Calling it “a relic of the 18th century,” retired Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens called Tuesday for the outright repeal of the Second Amendment, saying it would achieve “more effective and more lasting reform” than other efforts to curb the country’s scourge of gun violence.
In a New York Times op-ed, Stevens ― who as a high court justice dissented on a key gun rights case in 2008 ― praised the student demonstrators at Saturday’s March for Our Lives protests, saying that the thousands of marchers, led by the students of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, “demand our respect.”

–--------------------------------------------------While extreme, I don't think this will actually solve America's gun problem. Guns have been too enshrined in American culture, specifically as a symbol of personal liberty. Personally, I support strict gun control measures, and I do feel the Supreme Court should clearly define what the second amendment means as their definition of it has changed over time.

The Supreme Court rule in previous cases that law enforcement has no legal obligation to protect you. You cannot leagally sue law enforcement from failing to protect you, but they can be sued if they screw up and shoot you. If law enforcement does not have a legal responsibility to protect you, then why should you give up your capacity to defend yourself?
Then, look at nations like the UK, Sweden, France & Germany that have given up their guns. You will literally spend more time in jail for a crude joke than you will if you are a migrant who commits a serious crime, such as rape. The ultimate point of gun ownership is to safeguard against a tyrannical government, as last century alone saw over 120 million deaths at the hands of regimes where the populace was disarmed and unable to defend themselves.

Trump did a great job at demonizing Clinton. His supporters are so dumb that they still think that he is going to lock her up. It's been almost two years. If he hasn't done it by now it's not going to happen. She has been under investigation for 30 years and not one shred of evidence has ever been found. On the flip side, there have been 20 or so indictments of people connected to Trumps campaign. Who is the criminal again?

Clinton is a vile human being. She kept finding reasons why she lost and none of it has to do with her personally. Everyone and everything but her caused her to lose the election.
As we saw with the FBI investigation into the emails, Shrok (spelling?) illegally edited the report to remove the findings that she did something illegal and changed it to a case of massive stupidity on her part.
