Cruising in berlin?

Hi all,

I'm heading to berlin next month for about a week.  It's not my first time there, but it's my first time in a little while.  I'm going with my boyfriend and meeting another gay couple there.

We'd all like to check out the cruising scene.  Does anyone have any knowledge of the best places (public, bars, bath houses, etc) to go these days?  Extra points if it's good for thicker guys (I'm 5'5" and 230lbs).
