Working out the Lower Chest

I'm trying to get more definition in my lower chest (my upper and middle chest are fine). Other than decline chest dumb-bells exercises, how do you guys get that amazing definition in the lower chest? The definition which separates the chest from the lower body and prevents "saggy chest" syndrome?
Also, how often do you work out your chest? What sort of routine do you use? Got any tips?
