In many parts of South America, it is considered acceptable for teenage boys to have gay sex. (It is NOT acceptable once they are adults - which is why I think mustaches are so common in South America.. it indicates they are adults and not available for gay sex). That sure would lower the unwanted pregnancy rate!
Anyway.. it seems to me that the risks of getting pregnant with no condom are very high. It also seems to me that unless someone is married, they have no business getting pregnant. A lot of people would say this idea is crazy. Is it really? Is it crazier than having an abortion, or having a baby that is unwanted or having a baby that nobody can afford to take care of?If they don't want to get married.. then require either the male to have a vasectomy, use a condom, or have the bitch get a hysterectomy.
Even if this law was not enforced.. it would make it acceptable for males to have sex with other males without being demonized by society.

Once again… #1 has reminded me of something that I forgot.
It is quite customary for muslim men to have sex with boys.
It seems that people of various religions interpret the bible as prohibited men from having sex with other MEN.. but give a green light for men to have sex with boys.=====
