Here you will see that while making up 13% of the US population, black make up 39.8% of serial killers.
It's odd, but look how it was mostly whites until 1990, then it became mostly blacks.
I wonder if blacks are becoming serial killers more often now or if policing of black areas has gotten better.

After looking at the chart again, I noticed that in every listed decade, blacks were serial killers at a much higher rate than their portion of US population.
If you scroll down to page 10, you will see that whites percentage of serial killers since 1990 is half their portion of the US population.

As an example, the UK's Fred and Rose West were a serial killing pair. HOWEVER, despite Rose being the dominant one of the pair, she was listed only as an accomplice, not as an actual serial killer in her own right.
This seems to be quite common. It doesn't matter how involved a woman is in the serial killing, if they can blame someone else, they will.

One thing to consider about "serial killers" is that they are a killer whom the police failed to catch.. so that killer went on to kill and kill again. If every killer was caught after their first murder, there would be no serial killers.
However.. the statistics on one-time killers is even more skewed than the statistics for serial killers. Forget the rest of the world and just examine the city of Chicago - that is murder central.. as are Washington DC.. and New Orleans. There is a theme.. the main city centers have crime rates out of control.. and are also the only cities that supported crooked Hillary in the 2016 election.

Serial Killer definition excludes a lot of people, including mob hitmen and whatnot. Gangbangers doing drive-byes don't count either.
Serial Killers have to kill for the kill itself, not for other reasons like revenge for other crimes.

I have to add something… in that murder case I often mention in which a man was framed for murder and convicted of the crime through a fraudulent trial... the people framing him were posting on blogs that the man they were framing was a serial killer.. a day BEFORE the murder! The blogs included his real name! That was never mentioned in the trial.
