I know oftentimes people are quick to complain and slow to compliment, so just let me say a HUGE thank you to all of the moderators for working so hard to keep the site going… I wish I could bake you a cake or something, but I don't have an oven.

Many thanks to uwsguy102 for the kind words. I'm saying this on my own behalf, and I'm pretty sure I can say this on behalf of all staff members, especially those who are doing torrent approval.
I really hope Uwe's example stats table will reveal to our users the difficulties of this tasks for moderators, difficulties created by the users themselves (some intentionally, some not). And I wish this would make every uploader think twice before complaining, either publicly or in PMs, for slow work on torrent approving.
So I would like to make an appeal to all potential uploaders: the speed of torrent approving process greatly depends on how correctly you perform the upload. Before uploading, take a few minutes to read the Rules and FAQ which regard uploading torrents, read the Upload Guide, if you have additional questions or don't understand something particular - don't be lazy to browse through the Forum, you'll find there answers to 95% of all questions. If you still haven't found answers to your questions - feel free to ask directly, we are glad to help you. All of these simple tasks will help avoid unpleasant reactions and feedback among uploaders, thus saving time for both uploaders and staff.
[off-topic]Using the moment, I'd also like to apologies to all for not being active in torrent approval as I used to, I'll be busy with (only!) my studies roughly 12 hours a day (8 AM - 8 PM) till the end of the year, not to mention other daily life activities :([/off-topic]

Tim chiming in on this interesting thread.
Uwe started this thread – and I read his post -- and CONTINUED to be confused or even how he posted a one-day situation.
I only became a Global Moderator recently and am certainly in an early learning process.
For many months, I have responded in the forum. Now I have a lot more capacity (based upon being escalated to GloMod) to do a lot more [free] service work here at GT.ru towards helping other members.
I really applaud uwsguy102's appreciation. I see now, as a GloMod, how we are often looking at 100's of things concurrently. Some easy, some hard, some take hours to review, some take specific responses that are personal based upon a member's torrent client, some are a waste of time to even address (like –- my upload is in queue for hours --- often because they aren't even following the upload suggestions), and on and on.
I'm so very new to this. We do our best to keep things moving along on a daily basis.
I am putting a period on this share.
