My pc wont start what is problem motherboard psu or graphic card?

recently my pc is starting with led and fans working fine, but no display in my monitor
what should i do know ?

Take out the ram, clean them and put them back but in another order

My first thing would be to check your monitor. If possible see if yours works on another PC or see if you can borrow one to try out on your PC
