Hastert facing new sexual abuse allegations

A new accuser is alleging sexual assault in a lawsuit filed against former Speaker Dennis Hastert (R-Ill.), The Chicago Tribune reported.
The accuser, known in the lawsuit as “Richard Doe,” reportedly claims that Hastert sodomized him in the 1970s. The victim was approximately 9 or 10 years old at the time, the Tribune adds.
The accuser is pursuing $50,000 in damages, charging negligent infliction of emotional distress, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and battery from the Yorkville Community Unit School District 115 and the former Speaker, according to the report.
The new lawsuit comes several years after a hush money case revealed allegations of sexual abuse against Hastert from his days working as a high school wrestling and football coach in Illinois.
Hastert is currently serving a 15-month sentence in a Minnesota federal prison for unlawfully arranging bank withdrawals to cover up sexual abuse allegations.

It seems a bit odd that this guy who now must be in his 50's is wanting $50,000 for something that happened over 40 years ago. I'm pretty sure that the statute of limitations lets him off the hook - as it did with much of what libtard Bill Cosby did when he routinely drugged and then raped women over the course of several decades.
I was just posting YESTERDAY that people in positions of authority, such as politicians and cops, are relatively immune from criminal charges. I think that people in positions of authority are more prone to committing crimes because they expect that they can get away with it.
In this care, Hastert is a republican. However, in the history of politicians, sexual offenders and perverts are almost always democrats. Here's a short list. FDR (adultery), Eleanor Roosevelt (lesbian adultery), JFK (mega adultery and more), Bill Clinton (mega adultery), Hillary Clinton (lesbo adultery - ever hear of Huma Abedin?), Barney Frank (boy pages at the gym), Barack Obama (the people at gay bars in Chicago knew Obama VERY WELL), John Pedosta (fondles little girls), Joe Biden (fondles little girls), Anthony Weiner (oh my). There are many others, but those are the one's that come to mind at the moment.
