      been listening to a lot of master of puppets and ride the lightning, such great albums, anyone else been indulging?

        I prefer more aggressive thrash metal. I don't mind Metallica, but I've never had any great affinity for them either. As far as world-renowned thrash bands are concerned, I prefer classic Slayer. Especially Reign in Blood.

        The Canadian band, Razor, struck a really good balance of caustic aggression and accessibility too.

            I would say that was Slayer's best. Any Anthrax fans?
