I saw no long ago, some uploaders are very honest, at the end of his sinopsys, they give thanks to the source of this file frecuenly is GT.Net, not vey often I upload files from GT.Net, but when i'll do i also make likewise, specially if they are the original ripper, and also for respect from the first uploader, if I am the uploadetr i would like this recognition

I agree! I get "data" from alot of sources and I will PM(email) the original uploader asking for permission to "clone" their hard work elsewhere. Almost always they say yes and don't request recognition but to the ones that don't reply, I try to add a special thanks goes to "original uploader" line to my torrents.
Have you experienced this problem on this tracker? Or has it a been a case of others snagging your hard work from other places and posting it here? If the later is the case please feel free to add a comment to the torrent to the effect of "I'm glad my hard work elsewhere has made it to the tracker!". It is respectful and lets others know who did all the work without seeming bitchy.

You will find that a lot of stuff has gone through several "hands" before you get it.
I used to give credit for everything I didn't personally rip. That was until I saw that most of the stuff I got came from a long distant source from the one I got it from.

Hopeful Wishes, most guys do not care about the hard work you put in ripping and uploading stuff.
I always give credit to the original supplier if he wants to.
I guess most guys are just too lazy to even bother giving credit, sometimes they even copy and paste

I give now an indication that something isn't ripped or converted by me but comes from a download and thank the "original" uploader.
However, I do not mention any more the nick name of the uploader from whom I've got it, because:

As mentioned upstairs, it might not be the very original uploader

Some uploader prefer to stay anonymous

Uploader here may change there privacy setting to strong, i.e. becoming "anonymous". The mention would stay
Recognition and thanking of those who provide something is the least we can do.

I uploaded a straight porn torrent on our sister site sextorrents.ru and weeks later I found it here hxxp://pornoplace.lv/details.php?id=4526(warning straight porn!!!).
What was so funny was that the description of the torrent was the same corny two line description I typed up when I created it. But the secondary upload was kind enough to remove my name from the bottom of the torrent description so he could get all the thank yous!
It's not the last time it's gonna happen though. The idea of torrents and media linked sites is sharing anyway. I guess some people think that means take what you want and share it with others who do not have access to that area.
There is a member right now that snags stuff from another gay tracker and posts it here routinely but it may be the original uploader said its ok.

As Uwe mentioned, I do not want my name mentioned outside this site unless I cause it to be; ie I upload something.

As well, once something is uploaded, any control of it is lost.
If one can't accept it, better don't upload here or elswhere.
I had done a few uploads asking for a temporary exclusivity on another place. Unfortunately we such wishes are not respected :cry2:
