How do I stop getting re-seed request for files I have posted?

Two possibilities:
1/ Seed them ;D
2/ Set in your Profile preferences not to receive messages from the system. However, you won't get low share ratio warnings, double account suspension messages etc… neither

number 2 isn't a problem, the problem is I can't seed something I no longer have.
