Ratio not updated for weeks - stubbornly stuck!

My ratio has dropped to below 0.8, and despite staying online, it never increases.  The health smileys within Vuze state that a lot of my seeding isn't connected to any peer.

I ended up spending seedpoints in order to get above the ration again.

I use Vuze and Cyberghost - are there any settings I need to check to make sure everything is working as it should?
