What are the invites on the exchanging seedbonus page?
You able to receive 1 Invite for 250 points or 2 Invites for 400, what does an invite do? -
An invite is used to invite someone you know to join this site if it is closed sign up (like now).
When you become a Power User you get some given to you.
I can't remember if you have to be a Power User to swap points for an invite but they are quite expensive in points

As far as I'm aware, you do not need to be a power user to exchange SBP for an invite. You do however need to be a Power User to be able to use an invite through.

I had a vague recollection there was some restriction.
Although why you would 'spend' 250 points on an invite you can't use is odd. Especially as you get 4 'free' ones when you become a Power User and so can use them …

I know that it seems a little strange, but there is a reason for it. This is mainly to prevent users from digging themselves a hole with their ratio that they'll almost certainly never get out of short of donating a LOT of money, just to invite themselves back to the site under a new username to continue their downloading spree, without seeding anything.
