EVERY NOW AND THEN WHEN I AM UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING OR SEEDING VIDEOS THEY TURN RED WHAT DOES THIS MEAN????
-
**You will usually see this in your client as a green, yellow or red symbol.
Green means fully connected.
Yellow means you are partially connected.
Red means you are not connected to anyone.
*Note that on the tracker you can be listed as not connectable, but still be connected to other peers. -
Actually WackyRabbit, that is for whether or not your torrent client is connectable. I think what this user is asking is the arrows on the individual torrents going red. In this case, a red arrow means that there is some sort of tracker error, which is usually Unregistered Torrent. To find out for sure, when the torrent arrow goes red, click the torrent in uTorrent, then go to the "Trackers" tab at the bottom. It should tell you there why it is red. If the error is "Unregistered Torrent", then it means that the torrent has been deleted either due to a DMCA takedown or because it is a duplicate. The other possibility (though not likely) is that the torrent you are trying never existed on the tracker to begin with, although as I said, this is very unlikely.
