Do you accept cross-generation relationship?

or do you understand that?

I have no problem with it. I am sometimes a little skeptical of them, though. I know they can and often do work. On the other hand, it can make a relationship more difficult, especially if the two people are at different places in their lives. But if two people can make a relationship work, I'm happy for them, full stop.
Unless one of them is really hot. Then I'm mostly happy, and a little bit jealous.

Sure, cross-gen is fine.

Usual rule of thumb with dating is minimum age would be half your age plus seven. So like someone that's 40 would seem perfectly fine with someone 27 or someone that was 60 would seem fine with someone 37. When you get more distant age gaps things can just feel odd as it's not really a single generation difference, but rather multiple generation gap and that's just requiring enough bridging that it usually doesn't work out.
