Yes, and that was James Ingram and Patti Austin on vocals – the collaboration around Quincy Jones was spectacular.
Now, going to 2017 music (but synth giving it some retro)...

Novelty song time – the 1960s/70s TV comedy, Bewitched, had a theme song that was very memorable. But most people may not know the song had a vocal version, sung by Steve Lawrence. In video form:
If you search around, you can find an audio-only file that's better quality than this one, which features some very early "romance clips" from the series.
_Bewitched, bewitched
You've got me in your spell
Bewitched, bewitched
You know your craft so wellBefore I knew what you were doing
I looked in your eyes
That brand of woo that you've been brewin'
Took me by surpriseYou witch, you witch
One thing that's for sure
That stuff you pitch
Just hasn't got a cureMy heart was under lock and key
But somehow it got unhitched
I never thought my heart could be hadBut now I'm caught
And I'm kind of glad to be bewitched

The brand-new single, Queen, from Tracey Thorn and her upcoming album, Record.
You might know Tracey from her time as one-half of UK folk/chill duo, Everything But The Girl.

I think this guy is hot.
Sam Hunt is, indeed, hot, and I appreciate his drive to fuse different musical genres on that song. :thx:
I am listening to Dreaming in Colour by Art of Noise. From their conceptual album The Seduction of Claude Debussy (1999), which merges the work of Claude Debussy with alt-everything, rap, and various electronica. A sonic landmark (imho, of course).

I currently dig this track !

Alors, monarcvideos, that video was very unique, a nightmare/apocalypse affair. Dark and interesting!
I am listening to very early Moby – Go, complete with a sample of Laura Palmer's theme from the original Twin Peaks, so, very established in a "cultural era."

Lene Lovich, one of the quirky queens of New Wave.
A very entertaining, low-tech video for her Lucky Number club hit, (Stateless, 1979).
