Downloading/seeding from multiple hosts?

When I first signed up, I just used my local torrent client on my home computer.
My connection isn't the best, and port forwarding doesn't always work reliably, so I copied the .torrent metadata files to a seedbox, and downloaded them there. Some of what I have is stuff with only 1 other seeder, so when I realized that I have a backup server with 2TB free space and unmetered bandwidth, I copied the torrents over there, too.
I think the net result is a good thing; I'm now seeding from two IPs in separate countries. And I can permaseed a lot of what I download.
But I realized that, from the tracker's perspective, what I'm doing would look exactly the same as if I was downloading .torrent files from this private site and sharing them with non-members or something. (Not that I would do that, or that very many of my friends would want gay porn torrents.) So I wanted to make sure that what I'm doing–grabbing some torrents from two separate seedboxes--is okay.

Yes… What you are doing is fine. The main reason why we say not to share the .torrent files is because they contain your personal passkey, which can compromise the security of your account.
That being said however, submitting the .torrent files and the contents to a seed box in order to help share the content with other users is perfectly acceptable. Also, there is nothing saying that you cannot use multiple IP addresses (as I use at least 2 myself on a regular basis). The only thing is that you cannot use more than one account on the same IP address, so as long as you're only doing things with your own account, you're in the clear.
