I can send your friend an invite but does your friend have another email address that is not hotmail? As GTRU puts it: "Do not use AOL or YAHOO or HOTMAIL because it seems like they block us"

weird cause I used hotmail
But I guess they do IP tracking, so don't be the same person you are sending the invite to
