      Hi, I don't have a ratio of 1.0 but would like to delete my account straight away? Is there anyway I can do this?

          I would click on the "Helpdesk" and put a request in to delete your account and see what they say.  I am sure that they would be able to help you out in some way.

            Actually just don't log in… it will be deleted after a period of time as descried on the FAQ
