Cock rings restrict the flow of blood into, and out of, your cock. Oh, there are two reasons to wear a cock ring to the gym. One, it lifts your balls and cock forward/out giving you a bigger 'package' when dressed (a push-up bra for men if you will). Two, it screams "I'm available for man on man action!"
