Chat window on the site not working

hi everyone im here to tell u guys that the chat window havent been working since the day the site got new theme
i tried to cotact via helpdesk but it didnt work aswell

Have you cleared your cache?

The cookies as well… You need to clear both the browser cache and cookies, then close your browser and re-open it. If it still does not work after that, you may need to also do a force reload, which if I recall correctly will be one of four different keyboard shortcuts. (It can vary from one browser and system to another)

- CTRL + F5
- CTRL + SHIFT + F5
