You can seed the torrents you've completed, upload something new, donate, or use the bonus system once you've earned enough points. Those are the only ways to fix your ratio without download rights.
Continue to seed your torrents for a while after you complete them to avoid this happening to you in the future. Watch your ratio on the site and seed until you're satisfied with your ratio. Best practice is to seed each torrent at least to a ratio of 1.0, seed until you've given back what you've taken. Click on your name at the top/left of any page and have a look at your user details page, it will tell you what your minimum ratio requirements are and how much you have to seed in order to restore your download rights. When you complete a download seeding should happen automatically, don't move or rename the file, you can still watch the movie or copy it to another location. You have to share the files you download here with other members.

Examples of good and bad torrents to seed
This is an example of a good torrent to seed. There is one seeder and 50 leechers.
A word of caution though. Be sure to check you torrent client to see the percentage of the torrent has been leeched by other members. The less the better chance you have of seeding it.
While this torrent will download very fast for you it is impossible to properly seed to improve your ratio. 387 seeders are fighting to share this torrent with ONE leecher. If you are having ratio problems, I would suggest avoiding these types of torrent traps.

I have a problem in this matter. My ratio isnt raising at all no matter how much i seed. I only get bonus, which is at 4 currently. Ive been seedin continously for the past 10 hours. No change.

The three you are seeding have many seeder and few leechers, more supply than demand. That is why.

Nothing changed except getting bit of seed bonus point and on top I've lost my downloading right. What can I do now. Please let me know or give me another chance with proper guidance. It looks like you probably fell into the trap of many new users of downloading fairly large but not very active torrents. 8 GB is not that bad, though. Keep your torrents seeding as much as possible. After about 400 hours of seeding, you should have enough SeedBonus to convert into upload credit and restore your ratio to the minimum. It will go even faster if you post in the forums, add photos to torrents with fewer than 10, and especially uploading any new torrents.
Once you do get your download priviliges back, find some good torrents to download like cumeaternc explained or some Freeleech torrents until your ratio reached a comfortable level.

calvingrey, you don't need another chance - all that has happened is you can't download any torrent that isn't freeleech for the moment.
As people have said keep your torrents seeding, find some freeleech movies with few seeders but many leechers and boost you bonus points.
The ultimate is to post your own torrent but make a search it hasn't already been posted. We don't want any hard work to go to waste.
And don't worry, the object is not to throw you off the site but to get your ratio up
