as far as i know ZIP & RAR files are banned. I'm not sure if there's a written rule regarding "coding" a torrent name.
Thing is, if the copyright's owner of the video you are uploading finds it, it's gonna file a take down notice.
I think at the end is all about luck, some files been here for weeks, even months now, some are taken down within hours. -
Trying to obfuscate the title or studio is a very bad idea for multiple reasons:
- as long as humans can identify what it is, the copyright owner or his agents can, too. So it won't avoid a take down
- it will defeat the search and because of the many daily upload almost nobody will see and find it already after a day (being many pages back in the listing). That makes the torrent more or less useless then. Members who have downloaded it will have increased difficulties to share back, because f missing new downloading peers.
The rules are rather clear, members shall upload only torrents for content they have the legal right to share. So if you know not to have the right, don't upload a torrent.
