Jockstraps
-
I'm not a fan of jockstraps, and I'm more confused by them than anything. Why don't they cover your ass?? So odd.
Am I the only one who feels this way?

Jockstraps are not designed as underwear, they are designed to provide support for your dick and balls when you're playing sport, under whatever sport strip you're wearing (you can get ones with very narrow waistbands for under swimming trunks)
The reason so many gay men wear them is because they provide easy access :@)
-
I get that they're meant to provide support, I just don't get why that means your ass has to be exposed.
-
They are designed to hold your balls from "dancing" around, not for any other use.

Im a huge fan of all kinds of jocks, always watched football as a kid for the wrong reasons. Some of the baseball ones cover your ass, but i like the ones that dont

Briefs have elastic too so perform much the same function, but the elastic on a jockstrap is thicker and isn't compromised by any material stretching over your ass, especially if you have a fat ass ;). You should try wearing one and see the difference - they hold everything in place perfectly. Shock doctor do skins-type compression shorts with the elastic sewn in (x-fit), but it doesn't work nearly as well.
Besides, they look great on guys, perfectly framing a cute ass :cheesy2:

Jockstraps help with BDP (Big Dick Problems). I have a rather small frame with an above average sized cock, wearing a jock helps "dampen" clothing bulges and also prevents your junk from passing between your thighs. During workouts it prevents cock flopping, noticeable hangs, and keeps everything out of the way if you will so you can focus more on what you're doing. All of the above is the case with your normal athletic jock. Designer jocks on the other hand do the exact opposite. They put everything "front and center", "lift and accentuate", and of-course "provide easy access".
Designer jock brands: Cellblock13, Papi, and Diesel to name a few.
Athletic brands: Bike, Safeguard, Duke, and Stafford to name a few. -
Easy to play with the butt while letting dick rest and having your balls supported
Plus there is nothing hotter than a jockstrap band sticking out of dudes shorts :cum: -
Easy access, of course!
-
its all about that support

When I'm at the gym on machines I end up sitting on my dick, which is extremely uncomfortable. I don't wear underwear but a jock helps keep things where they should be, and it isn't binding or restrictive. Outside of the gym, jocks are just damn sexy on a guy. There's something about a guy being covered but not covered that gets me going. The easy access is definitely a bonus!

Wearing jocks makes me feel sexy plus it gives support for the front and the back
-
I have a fairly large cock and I love the support I get from a jock with the added bonus of not feeling like I am wearing underwear

They don't cover ass for my practical use
-
can be fun to play in
-
yes, you are
-
it's for support.. you're supposed to wear your underwear before you put them on.

Became a fan of jockstraps after some time. In the beginning they seemed weird for me, now they´re hot and also they´re in my drawer ;D

Too much fabric binding your crotch and ass sort of hinders fast, free movement, so it's two straps lending help to that pouch for athletes' baskets. In 7th grade little league, we had to start wearing protective cups also (in jockstrap pouch) like a cod piece.

Some people, like me, like focusing on getting fucked when they are getting fucked… A free cock at that time could end the fucking and this would be unpleasant... So a jockstrap is needed!
