How do i get utorrent to seed right it downloads faster than it uploads and sometimes does not upload at all

Virtually all domestic connections will download faster than they upload. That's the way the ISPs allow it. You can check your speeds at http://www.speedtest.net/ - only click on 'Begin Test'
To upload there must be somebody at the other end who wants to download - check via the individual torrent page that there are actually leechers online
