There are bacteria all over your body but don't cause any problem. we call these bacteria normal flora. however they are only harmless when they are in their own home. transfer them to place foreign to them, problems will start to happen. this isn't just the case with person-person transmission but also system-system in single individual.
our anuses are not exception. when performing oro-anal or penile-anal sex, we risk contracting these bacteria and might get Urinary tract infection or gastrointestinal infections.
Some people might ignore this, but preventing penile-anal sex or oral-penile sex infection can easily be done by the use of condoms. oro-anal sex however provide less barrier. most pornography actors will do lavage before shooting. but is that sufficient?
what do you do to guard yourself against these problems?

As you say, the best protection is the use of condoms, good hygiene, and being sure that your partner is healthy. Although no one is immune to an infection or disease, you have to keep good and healthy habits to have a strong immune system.
(after a blow or rim job some mouthwash with alcohol might help)

one of the common intestinal flora is E. Coli, the very bacteria present in vegetables that cause an outbreak in some European countries not long ago. even though 2 people might carry E Coli as their normal flora, that doesn't mean they are immune to each others variants.
alcohol is a good disinfectant. might want to do that to the anus itself before performing, rather than just mouthwash after. we wash and cooked our food before we eat them don't we? olive oil is another good disinfectant.
what else can be done as the precautions against this problem?

not even the ones we can drink? i never do this myself but i thought if it's fine on north entrance, the south would be fine too, plus i saw many times in some kinky porn where they pour their drink to the sub anus and start rimming. or is that part of the s&m act?

You could probably get away with using beer, wine and other low alcohol drinks, but stay away from whiskey and whatnot.
Your best bet would be to use anti bacterial soap made for the body, not hand wash as that's too harsh for your sensitive bits.

your colon is the last stopm for nutrients and water to remain in the body before the rest is expelled be very careful about putting any kind of beer or mixed drink up your ass and NEVER put hard liquor straight up a persons anus only use saline wash or normal water the4 stuff your colon absorbs doe not go through your liver it goes straight into your blood stream which is why its a far more effective manner to get drunk how ever with out your liver protecting your body and filtering out the toxins eg. alcohol you can get very severe alcohol poisoning very fast with little control as unlike normal drinking you have to drink a lot also if you plan on gettingĀ C.Difficile use anti bacterials on your ass cause the flora in there is supposed to be there and helps guard against unwanted lower intestinal problemsā¦ and my final point you ingest fecal matter if your giving some one head unless they just washed your going to ingest it your body can deal with it don't worry small amounts are highly unlikely to affect you and anti microbial soaps are bad news they dont kill everything and the small portion that survives is how we get super bugs
