Redirecting traffic
-
Hi, are we allowed to post external links (ie. pirate bay) in the comment section that will drive away traffic from GTru? ???

Live links are allowed in the forum and description. I would think it would be in bad taste to have links in the comment section that would be directing you away unless it enhances information about the torrent. Can you give a link to an example?

Yes I thought so too especially the link points to a torrent that'a available in GTru and posted by a Power User. BTW, here's where I found it https://www.gaytorrent.ru/details.php?id=c54024092370046de00e76f49278ff811b88ca8565bbb004

As already said, off-site live links are allowed by the rules. Technically that link is OK.
Remains the question of good manners / bad taste to put a concurrent off site download / torrent link in a torrent's comment for GayTorrent.ru's community.
The commenter certainly thinks it is a good service he is providing, allowing members to get the movie ratio free and requiring less storage space.
However, it risks to piss off the uploader here, seeing the result of this efforts reduced and starting to wonder why he shall continue to upload torrents to GayTorrent.ru only to see concurrent links as soon done … and less uploads are not in the interest of GayTorrent.ru's community.

Yes agree but IMHO he should've done a search on GTru first because I found there are 4 more of the same titles but different sizes. I think it's just rude. I guess if GT allows it, then he has the right to do it.
