Cum Issues

What does it take to have a cumshot like this?
I already cum quite a lot, around 7 shots every time I cum (in average, but If I could cum even more, I'd be more than happy!!! Hahahaha!).
Now, I am really interested in knowing if there are any natural supplements proven to increase thickness and colour in one's cum when taken on a regular basis, or if there are some kind of foods one should eat more to achieve that goal.
My cum is somewhat translucent and more on the watery side… and I don't quite like that... =(
If you have any info or facts to share, please do...

I'm not quite sure what to say there… I don't know of any such thing to make it thicker, however I do know of such things to reduce the amount and frequency.... unfortunately
-
I don't know it if helps, but the sooner you come the thicker and whiter the cum is gonna be.

Not my case… (N)

If ejaculation were to be compared to an automobile, then the mineral zinc would be analagous to engine oil and gasoline. There isn't one step in the ejaculation process which doesnt include the use of it.
Since zinc is removed from the prostate gland whenever you ejaculate, and you might not be getting enough in your diet to start with, you should make sure you're always getting plenty of it. Traditional doctors in the past have suggested red meat for supplementing lost zinc, but that can be harmful in other ways.
One example to replenish zinc (beyond food) is one 220mg zinc sulfate capsule taken every day.

And exactly what benefits can one see from the increased zing intake?

And exactly what benefits can one see from the increased zing intake?
Table 1 provides evidence of the impact of zinc on seminal viscosity and on semen quality. Hypoviscosity (the degree to which a fluid resists flow under an applied force) was detected in 3.6% of the semen samples and was associated with low concentrations of zinc as a seminal vesicle biochemical marker. Those results strongly suggest impaired secretory activity of the seminal vesicles when they were zinc-depleted.
As you can see from the chart, hyperviscosity was detected in 28.9% of the samples with significant levels of zinc as a biochemical marker of the seminal vesicles (when compared to the same sample tested with inorganic phosphorus and fructose), suggesting that both glands had been affected by zinc depletion. Since hyperviscosity has usually been associated with abnormal liquefaction (the process of turning into a liquid), non-dialysis of fructose and the retention of inorganic phosphorus in the semen coagulum must be one of the causes of the lower concentrations of zinc detected in the samples I mentioned above (the 3.6% sample detection).
The conclusion of the study this data is from was that zinc seemed to be an important factor for the control of proteolytic breakdown of coagulumproteins, a long and detailed process which I won't explain here as it goes beyond the bounds of your question. Needless to say, low levels of zinc in hyperviscous semen is a good indication that zinc might play a direct role in the process of semen visco-elasticity.

So more zinc = thicker sperm?
-
"Thick" implies length, which is not a unit of measurement for liquid.
Zinc can be said to increase the volume of the seminal fluids, concomitant to an increase in viscosity.

The things we learn from the forums are amazing

Indeed they are… So then the question that begs to be asked is... Is there a way that we can produce more as to shoot a bigger load, aside from saving it up for like a week or so until we have a bad case of blue balls?

There must be something, I doubt that that most of the porn actors have been gifted with the ability to shoot a cup of sperm each time :lolp:

I know, right? They can't just CUM buckets of sperm every single time, there's must be something to it that they take to increase volume and thickness.

I saw a documentary about the gay porn industry and one of the actors said he took vitamin E to make is cum shots better. In what way it makes them better, I'm not sure.

I do have to say, taking Fish Oil caps or Vit. E does make cum a bit thicker but not whiter. I only take 2 caps Omega 3 per day. All my cholesterol levels are perfect so I don't worry much about that though I'll try to increase the dosage and see how it goes. I'll also add the Vit. E and will get back with some results.
In the meantime, I'll continue researching, and If you guys are interested as well, we could all make an effort and pitch in on the matter and get those supplements, foods, vitamins, minerals, aminoacids, etc,. that will enhance our production of cum and its thickness, density and volume! :crazy2:
Let's keep this post alive 'till we can make it a "STICKY" on the forum for all the users to see! I could compile all the info in one post and repost it so users don't have to read every post we wrote.
So far, thanks a lot for the info and input guys… you're simply amazing!

I doubt there are too many men out there obsessed with improving the quantity of their cum :sucky:
-
goes out to buy vitamin and zinc supplements
I've always wanted to know how to increase viscosity, my cum can be a little runny and quite transparent at times. I will definitely give these a try and report back.
As for the amount, I find it varies a lot as does the distance I shoot, usually depends on the magnitude of the orgasm and how long it has been since I last came.

Any reports from taking Zinc and VitE? lol
And hey, 220mg of ZINC can be very poisonous, even lethal… according to the "Office of Dietary Supplements" - National Institute of Health. (hxxp://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Zinc-HealthProfessional/)
Health Risks from Excessive Zinc
Zinc toxicity can occur in both acute and chronic forms. Acute adverse effects of high zinc intake include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, and headaches [2]. One case report cited severe nausea and vomiting within 30 minutes of ingesting 4 g of zinc gluconate (570 mg elemental zinc) [80]. Intakes of 150–450 mg of zinc per day have been associated with such chronic effects as low copper status, altered iron function, reduced immune function, and reduced levels of high-density lipoproteins [81]. Reductions in a copper-containing enzyme, a marker of copper status, have been reported with even moderately high zinc intakes of approximately 60 mg/day for up to 10 weeks [2]. The doses of zinc used in the AREDS study (80 mg per day of zinc in the form of zinc oxide for 6.3 years, on average) have been associated with a significant increase in hospitalizations for genitourinary causes, raising the possibility that chronically high intakes of zinc adversely affect some aspects of urinary physiology [82].
The FNB has established ULs for zinc (Table 3). Long-term intakes above the UL increase the risk of adverse health effects [2]. The ULs do not apply to individuals receiving zinc for medical treatment, but such individuals should be under the care of a physician who monitors them for adverse health effects.Table 3: Tolerable Upper Intake Levels (ULs) for Zinc [2]
Age Male Female Pregnant Lactating
0–6 months 4 mg 4 mg
7–12 months 5 mg 5 mg
1–3 years 7 mg 7 mg
4–8 years 12 mg 12 mg
9–13 years 23 mg 23 mg
14–18 years 34 mg 34 mg 34 mg 34 mg
19+ years 40 mg 40 mg 40 mg 40 mgSo I believe it's self-explanatory that we should not exceed the 40mg dosage per day.
Now ZMA can also be of help, but I haven't seen any difference whatsoever. Anyone has?

You are incorrect. The UL doses listed in your chart are of elemental zinc, and should not be confused with the amounts listed in my post. For example, approximately 23% of zinc sulfate consists of elemental zinc; thus, 220 mg of zinc sulfate contains 50 mg of elemental zinc, both of which are not lethal doses.
Both amounts are on the product label, and for the compound I mentioned (sulfate) are never more than 220mg (50 mg elemental) per dose.

Then I shall check my local supplement store for such kinda Zinc. Now, do you have an online website where I can find it?
