Slow uploading!!!!

Hi guys
i am trying to fix my ratio here.
i am using the latest u torrent 2.2 software…
but it seem the uploading is very slow only 0.1-1kbs/s...i don't really have problem with downloading...i can get 1.8 g/s....i am using verizon fios fiber optic...
I don't want to change any preference in it except the download or upload rate..because i don't wat to mess up the system...

I guess you didn't choose the 2 best torrents to seed, because one has no leechers at all (and 183 seeders), while the 2nd torrent you're seeding has only 2 leechers and…212 seeders, so don't expect you'll be able to upload anything in these 2 torrents.
What you should try to seed are torrents with fewer seeders and many leechers, especially if those leechers haven't already grabbed a lot in these torrents.
Though the next link doesn't concern exactly your case, it will show you 2 pics explaining what are "good leechers" and "bad leechers", in case you want to add yourself as a seeder (or if you intend to leech a torrent) and how it will impact on your ratio :

Your latest download is somewhat a better choice for the sake of ratio at least. BTW it is not your upload speed that is a potential problem it is torrent choices that you need to be aware of right now. To seed there must be leechers and if you choose a torrent with no leechers then you need torrents with leechers to make up the difference. You do have some cushion in your ratio ~ Download Buffer 8.18 GB (The Amount of Bytes you can download before Reaching your current minimum Ratio). Just be careful what you pick to download and you should be OK.
You also have some cushion in your Seed Bonus Points (Total Seed Bonus 274.125) as well since they can be traded for upload credit. At this point I would let the SBP's build to 350 points for the best upload credit of 5GB. The 5 GB would be added to your upload amount thus improving your ratio.
