I just got this in my inbox, a couple of hours ago;
"Your Automatic Approval rights have been suspended. Your torrents will again need approval by a Mod.
Reason:
AA rights revoked due to excessive dupes with AA rights."And this really pisses me off! I got a warning a while back about the same issue,and after that I have NOT uploaded ANY dupes.
After reweing my uploaded torrents myself, I found 3 duplicates out of more then 300(!) And I ask myself, WTF?!? Thats less then 1%..
My searching skills are in fact very good, (better then some mods) (maybe thats the problem)?? And I don't think it's right for me to get punished
for other users naming their torrents wrong! How do you expect me to find it if the name isn't right? I always tend to use the correct name of the movie,searching multiple web-sites etc to find the most info about it.If this does not get rewied another time, thats the end to me uploading torrents to this tracker! My ratio and seedbonus is more then good enough to let me DL as much porn i want for a long long time,so I have no need to keep doing it, there are other sites out there, treating their members and uploaders in a much better way, and i don't have to take this BS!

Welcome to our members' group which has earned the privilege of automatic approving their torrents.
Please never forget: This is a privilege, not a right. We place a lot of trust in these members because we can not control immediately which torrents you upload. That can cause our servers and our staff a lot of trouble if you upload forbidden material.
Keep in mind, pictures from a video are copyrighted too, so we made a list of studios, whose pictures are not to be uploaded in a torrent description. They are listed in another thread in this very section. Please study this list carefully before you upload a new torrent.
In that thread you will also find a picture for those torrents to upload when a (sub)studio appears on that list. You can download that picture to your computer and add it to your torrent description if that studio or sub studio is mentioned in the list.
Please be careful how you act on this trust. This privilege can be revoked at any time if we see you upload forbidden content - general content, not allowed studios, not allowed pictures or duplicates. In short, content which does not adhere to all of our upload rules.
I highlighted the pertinent parts in red for you. Did you read this when you were given AA rights? There are exceptions to every rule but not 3 times in a one month period! 4 times overall that we have found make it hard to understand your point of view.
Thank you for your 327 uploads(I counted them)!
What do you think a fair punishment should be for you breaking the tracker rules four times in a row then?

@ cumeaternc: I did indeed read the rules when i was given the "privilege" of "auto approval", something my 324 non duplicate torrents should show you
Why i have had 3 fault's within a month is hard to say, but as we discussed, and also mentioned in my first post I mean those torrents in particular was named incorrect and therfor diffecult to find in the search engine.:laugh: Unfortunately I don't get to deicide my own punishment here, but I think my 324 "clean" torrents should speak to my defence.

I am on staff in the forum and contemplating also becoming on staff here in the torrent area. To date, I have only a basic understanding of what all torrent staff needs to do on a non-stop basis – like approving torrents from non-AA's and even reviewing AA's torrents after-the-fact. I have a lot of respect for this relatively small international pool of people that keeps the gears of this site in motion.
I also have a lot of appreciation for all the members that make this site a community. Without uploads, members here would evaporate. Members also contribute via the forum in addition to uploading torrents. Even leechers add value by rating and making comments on torrents. In the forum, I get to know people by nickname and more often by their avatar.
Reznor -- I don't know if your avatar is a pic of you or not. In any case, it is HOT. Therefore, I've seen you post occasionally and feel that I am getting to know you. You seem to always be on-point and respectful. This current thread is certainly respectful. I empathize with your frustration and anger.
Then I look at your stats and I am awestruck. A ratio of over 9.0 -- WOWSERS. A Seed Bonus Point bucket of over 14,500 -- WOWSERS. NC-cumeater states you've offered 327 uploads -- HOLY WOWSERS.
You obviously have a lot to offer us here at GT.ru and I sincerely hope you stick around, continue uploading, sharing in the forum about how to make things better (like you are currently), and especially feel appreciated.
I hope this temporary bump-in-the-road doesn't get under your skin.
Know that I appreciate your participation and hope you will move from anger towards love quickly.

I will make a deal with you reznor. If you are willing to give 600SBP to my most recent upload Associated Student Bodies by Chris McKinley & Lance Rund I will re-enable your AA download rights asap. This is not a selfish request but instead the SBP will go towards helping to encourage other new uploaders with my First Time Uploader Program.
That is a fitting "punishment" for such a prolific uploader I think. What do you say? If not you only have 4 more clean uploads before you earn your AA rights anyway.
The choice really is yours. All I ask is that you do not upload duplicates again as an AA user. If there is a torrent in question for you just PM a mod and we will be happy to double check for you. If we can find a dupe then so can you. We are not "torrent search masters" and we will miss a few. But as an AA user the burden does not fall on us initially to find a dupe, it falls on the uploader.

I was quite surprised on my first seed here that I had to wait for 'approval'. So I tend to post elsewhere on sites that know I'm an adult. Or at least have less 'silly' ways of telling me I'm not … Just off to a site which is not so authoritarian... :-[

{no duplicates} is crucial for this site to make things running smoothly. 'no-dupe' rule protects users from dropping with their
ratio soon below their level, as there would be nobody to download from them to make some positive ratio for them… -
I have every sympathy with reznor. For different reasons. He seems to have contributed so much here and then to be told he's a child again must hurt. …
My sympathy is with reznor, because he is a very good contributor of torrents to this place and working on approval I know that it is possible not to find an original and thus approve a duplicate torrent.
That is as well the reason why the Auto Approval privilege is not necessary revoked once we find a duplicate uploaded by such a good member. Three in a month though …

[/quote]Unfortunately about one third of the torrents I review at the approval queue are duplicate. As amice said, these duplicates would grap away the leecher and thus the possibility to upload and keep ratio of the seeder and previous downloader on the originals, because every new leecher will jump on the new.
Not to speak about all the torrents which never make it to a review, because they are not seed. Those would only clutter the list of (non active) torrents and require us to manual clean up later.

And your absolutely right, I needed to vent, and what better place to do that then in the forum, where i can get other members and staffs point of views?I realize that the mods who approve torrents have a big and time demanding job, and they all have my biggest repect for the work they do. Also i realize that there have to be rules, also for big uploaders on AA, but in the same time I think the rules could be bent a little from time to time. If for exampel 50 or even just 10 of my 300+ torrents wasen't "clean" in one way or another, i would understand they taking away my privileges and make me earn it over again, but 3 out of 300+…? Thats just beeing too strickt in my eyes.
I really love this site and all the people on it, from staff to users. and I love to be able to contribute both with my uploads,and in the forums (though I wish there would be a little more activity here), but I have tried to participate here too,from time to time.
I'm a porn-junkie and I'm also a member on a zillion other sites, but this is where I always come back, despite the rather strict torrent rules. In fact, I'm in here atleast once a day, sometimes DL'ing, other times UL'ing. The point is, I feel this is "my" site, and here I feel like "home" on here.Beeing respectful to my fellow members and staff on here, falls very natural for me, as that is the way i want to be treated myself, not just here but IRL too:-) I have noticed you too Tim, and i try to get to know all the mods and members on the tracker/forum the same way you do.
About my profile pic, unfortunately it's not me, or I should be saying fortunately its not me, because the man on the picture (Kurt Cobain- Lead singer of Nirvana) died back in '94. (may he rest in peace)

Ok, Cumeater, thats a deal! Not because i need to, i can get my AA back in a day or two, but because i can, and because i'm more then willing to contribute even more then i already do to making this site better. I'm aware of your 1st time uploader program, and i think it's a great way to encourage new uploders! Infact i'll double your penalty and donate 1200 seedbonus to your project!
I'm not sure what you mean by prolific uploader, i don't even know what the word means, but as i said in my last post, i'm a porn - junkie, and i love to share my stuff!
At the same time i would like to add, that i ofcourse will be more careful and search the tracker even better for duplicates in the future, thanks to Amice, who gave me a few pointers in searching even better.

Sheesh, surely there is a separate forum for S/M - it doesn't belong in thread about why a voluntaryseeder has had his wrists slapped.
If this was a purely altruistic site I might (no I wouldn't) understand but we're bombarded with adverts from all directions.
