Xunlei client [was: about a disabled account]

i have an account disabled probably for using Xunlei. But that was before i learned from the news today that "Please be aware that we will ban client Xunlei(aka Thunder) soon, because it can harm your own and other users' ratio."
is it possible to reactivate and use the old disabled account, of course then delete the new one?

Does ban mean that client will not work any more with our tracker, or that users using it will be banned for cheating?
If later, an announcement in Chinese might be useful, because I read it's pre-installed on many PCs in Mainland China.

A chinese announcement of banning Xunlei(aka Thunder) was out before English one on July 10.

[nb]actually it means both. maybe you already noticed, along with the new Dupe Warrior, also Peer Warrior was installed; the second named cares about cheating clients. normally, a banned client will only receive the error message from the tracker like "sorry, this client si banned here". but, if such a client affects one's ratio, they will be banned as well. it's really better not to use these clients, for affected accounts usually can't be restored because of the unreal ratio values[/nb]

Let me also say some words about that client.
We found out, there is a Client Xunlei (aka Thunder) which can cause: a) ratio cheating on our tracker b) report wrong upload/download values to our tracker (in several cases also negative values for upload traffic which can ruin the user's ratio) and in some special cases also loss for the uploader's upload traffic because of reports which are not protocol conform.
We decided to ban that client from our tracker like some others which are currrently banned too (see our FAQ for those clients). There is only another problem: This clients "hides" itself and reports faked client names to our tracker. But it can still identified by special anomalies in the reported values. We are currently in contact with several client manufacturers to find out if we can find more about those faked client names.
If we know more about those faked names we can ban that client from our tracker finally.
Alas the effect of damage to a user's (or uploader's) ratio still remains so we also decided as a first measure to ban accounts which use this clients, detected by the anomalies in the reported values to protect our members to ruin their ratio by those wrong values.
What can you do: if your account is banned for that reason (to find out use our mailbox [email protected]) : contact an admin ([email protected]) and ask for help.
All other users using this client: we urgently recommend: Stop using this client!
(You probably know which client software we recommend - if not: ask a moderator or on our help desk).
Use a decent BitTorrent Client.
This is not aimed against our users but against companies which offer cheating and/or ratio dangerous clients!

The pre-installed software in many chinese PC was called "green gate", it is like a filter to block sites with sex and porns.
It was pre-installed or come free in a CD with a brand new computer.
It came to my mind that that is useless cause people can choose reformat it, because no one in china like to use Vista basic. or uninstall it directly.
And later, due to social pressure, this project was stopped soon after it came out. No PC will be pre-installed that stuff now.
But Thunder is not a pre-installed thing.

Regarding the pre-installation od Xunlei, it is what said en.wikipedia.org, but of course, that can be wrong …
For me it sounded like PC manufacturer loading in Europe trial versions of antivirus software (e.g. Norton), serach bars, utilities and a lot of crap ware for "free" on new PC, so that first a clean-up is needed.
