Not Getting Upload Credit
-
So my download rights were taken. It said I needed to seed at least 65GB to gain them back. I uploaded several torrents last night and seeded them (from 2 computers) ALL night.
One was 30GB.
Another was 10GB.
Another was 1GB.
Another was 1GB.Clearly seeding those alone - even for the initial seeding, should've taken care of most of my upload ratio problem, right?
Nope. My account still shows I need to seed at least 45GB to get my download rights back.
I have long suspected that my upload ratios were off but now I have proof.
At times my upload speeds were as high as 6MB/s from EACH torrent. There is no way I haven't seeded way more than necessary at this point. I have sent messages to support and I don't get any responses.
This is disheartening considering I think I've contributed some darn good content (and content that was LACKING - at that) to this site. I've also donated in the past.

Does seeding from two computers cause a problem? Seems possible.

This predated me seeding from 2 different computers. I'm back to using one.
These pictures were taken within seconds of each other. Was seeding from my desktop. 5G internet. Uploads consistently show at least 2MB/s upload speeds:
Furthermore, I've uploaded several huge torrents lately. The size of them alone should've fixed my ratio. Nope.

There are a few factors to take into account. One is that your torrent client only updates with the tracker once every 30 minutes per torrent. This can result in delays in stats showing up. What I'm seeing currently is that you are seeding and getting credit for it actively.
Are you using a proxy server for your torrent client?
Are you using a VPN?
Lastly, for proper upload credit, you need to be sure that the port your torrent client is using is forwarded through your home network or VPN to your computer.
