Seedbox, Upload, Contact sheet, Automated!

Ok, this is a long shot..
I've got about 500GB of porn on a seedbox, nice and fast 20GBps speeds.
I'd love to share it all with you. But is there some automated way of..
An app/script to create a contact sheet of the video.
An app/script to create some snapshots of the video, say 6-8 pics.
An app/script to then create the .torrent file and then upload that to GT.ru?It'll take me donkeys-years to go through each bloody one and do this otherwise!
Any thoughts would be grately appreciated.
The seedbox has ruTorrent constantly running, there's also Transmission too if need be.
I use a Mac, though I could VM a windows box to do this too. -
I am one of the least technically inclined people you'd ever find, but my first thought was:
How could you ensure that a fair number of your hundreds/thousands of files aren't exact duplicates of uploads that already exist on the site?

In fairness how can you 100% makes sure anything you upload isn't duplicated.
I'm sifting though the ones which are of a good size and decent, won't be putting it all up there.
And I generally have a search to see if I can find any duplicates. That isn't a problem really, I'm ok with doing that.
But once I've gone through 50 or so.. I'd like a fast way of doing all the rest.I'm not gonna just say "Right, there's the folder.. send it all" That would be bonkers.
Perhaps I should have been a little more descriptive with my needs.T.

You have a user avatar and a forum avatar. They are actually two different avatars, as the forum is kind of separate from the main site. Click on Profile from the grey tabs under the greeting with your forum pic. This will allow you to change the picture in the forum as well.
