The US Supreme Court handed Trump another victory on illegal immigration by throwing out the injunction preventing him from enforcing the "3rd party" rule.
The 3rd party rule states that if you are seeking asylum, you must apply in the next country you come to, not traipse across South and Central America to get to the US. The 3rd party rule has always been part of international law on immigration and asylum.
