Site tech problems

Why is this site having so many tech problems lately? there just seems to be one after another.
Is the site getting too big for its infrastructure?
Is there anything we can do to take pressure off the system? -
First, let me say that regardless of any problems we are having, site/member security is always our main priority.
To keep the site running, we need to do a shit ton of Chron Jobs and that take a lot of RAM.
The owner keeps expanding/upgrading the hardware but the site keeps growing. He also does software tweaks to lessen the burden on the system.
I don't know if this is still effective (speak up if I'm wrong), but if you have several hundred torrents loaded (seedbox or whatever), turn off the ones that are well seeded. Weekly, check to see which are well seeded and which need seeders.

Is anyone else having issues with seeing the preview images on the torrents?

We have a problem on the system regarding the preview pictures when reviewing pictures on the torrent search pages and on the Browse pages. It has been reported and is being reviewed by staff. This is system wide and there is no problem with your systems.
To see all of your torrents, click on your name upper left under the blue bar, and go to the bottom of that page and click on the different types of torrents.

It seems I along so many others users are have a major picture display problem with the picture browser and all related picture display items staying blank or not opening! has anybody got any idea how long it is going to take to fix this issue?
