ModelTeenz - under age?

I downloaded a torrent the other day (https://www.gaytorrent.ru/details.php?id=c5f8b4b5f0a68a8bc1a7849010420a9ec0daf6ff4ca68aaf) and noticed the guy looked quite young. I did a search on GT for other sets and there are some with slightly older and some with slightly younger looking guys. Then I started looking into it and googling the guy and his website, and found this news article: https://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/community/florida-keys/article57581173.html
To summarise, the guy was found guilty of having a metric fuckload of child porn all over his drives, some or all of which he took himself. The article (from 2016) was before his sentencing, but said he would likely get between 5 and 20 years behind bars. (I found a second article that suggests he was eventually sentenced to 6 years - http://www.sun-sentinel.com/local/palm-beach/fl-pn-ex-child-talent-scout-child-porn-sentencing-20170428-story.html)
So what about the ~50 torrents that are up on this site? Are they over 18? Are there any records kept from the photographer? Where, considering his websites are down? Even if there are records, can we be sure they're even legitimate?
It's all a bit worrying that someone could unknowingly download such content.
