      I ask because I have just added a new torrent and my seedbox says 10GB from that torrent uploaded but my UL count is still stuck at what it was before I created the new torrent.

        @mrb-0 not real time, it can take several minutes for it to update

          No... Your torrent client only updates with the tracker once every 30 minutes on each torrent. For this reason, there is a delay of up to 30 minutes for the stats to be updated.
